The Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce (T&T Chamber) revealed on Wednesday that the company, which has over 16 brands and 80 stock keeping units (SKUs), had won the coveted award.
Carib Brewery Limited, headquartered in Champ Fleurs, Trinidad, offers a wide range of lagers, stouts, ciders, tonics, seltzers and low and non-alcoholic products.
Since the launch of Carib Lager Beer over 70 years ago, the company has targeted regional and international markets.
It remains committed to producing high-quality international beer, acquiring regional and international breweries and launching innovative new products.
Carib Brewery is continually seeking organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Currently, its products are sold in 41 countries and it has breweries in four territories, including St. Kitts, Grenada, USA and Trinidad. It has recently executed licensed manufacturing in Greece and Canada.
T&T Chamber’s True Stories segment, broadcast on Tuesday (October 17), explored the company’s ideals, challenges, success stories, CSR initiatives and potential growth opportunities.
The True Stories episode also discussed the criteria for the Champions of Business Breakthrough Exporter (BTE) of the Year award category, the winner of which will be announced on November 2.

The Business Champions Gala finale will take place at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA) on November 2 from 6:30 p.m.
