The Cultural Division of the Pan-Cypriot Association of America presented the annual “Kalanta” Christmas Concert with Artistic and Musical Director Phyto Stratis and soloists, choirs, actors and special guests of the Pan-Cyprian Choir of New York on December 17 in St .Catherine and St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Astoria.
Featuring traditional Greek Christmas and New Year songs and hymns, as well as festive favorites of the season, the annual concert charmed the audience, bringing holiday cheer to the community. Despite the rainy weather, participation was high because the concert has become a must-see of the season.
