Athens will be without taxis on February 27 and 28 due to a 48-hour strike, the Union of Taxi Drivers of Attica (SATΑ) decided on Wednesday during an extraordinary meeting of its board of directors, reports l ‘ANA.
Taxi drivers have described the government’s economic model as “a cause for war”, saying it targets all forms of individual entrepreneurship in Greece.
During the strike, SATA will organize a general assembly of the sector at the Peristeri exhibition center (February 28) to align its founding charter with what is stipulated by current legislation.
