    THE BLACK JOURNEY CONTINUES WITH SMALL BUSINESS IMPACT BREAKFASTS TO SUPPORT THE SUSTAINABILITY OF LOCAL BUSINESSES AND TO SUPPORT STUDENTS WITH COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS. THE TWO INITIATIVES ARE COMBINED TWO MILLION DOLLARS COMMITMENT

    LOS ANGELES, April 20, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — BeyBON, the initiative founded by global cultural icon Beyoncé in 2013 to support people and programs around the world is now BeyGOOD Foundationa 501(c)(3) public charity.

    The artist, who recently made history as the artist with the most Grammy Awards, founded the former initiative aimed at making a difference in communities throughout the Mrs. World Tour. Carter 2013/2014. Ten years later, BeyGOOD has focused on a wide range of issues, including education, disaster relief, food, water and housing shortages, mental health and career development in the area. United States, Africa, Europe, South Americaand the Caribbean.

    In the face of the global public health crisis of 2020, the uncertainty of many small businesses, and the growing need for economic support in communities, Beyoncé created the Black Parade Route to highlight and support Black-owned small businesses in the United States and abroad. More than 900 small businesses received grants and/or were featured on social media.

    “I am extremely proud of the work we have done over a decade at BeyGOOD, here in the United States and around the world,” said BeyGOOD founder Beyoncé. “From scholarship to the water crisis in Burundito help families during Hurricane Harvey in my hometown, Houston, it was more than gratifying to be of service. Now, as a foundation, we will continue the work of engaging partners through innovative programs to reach even more people. »

    The BeyGOOD Foundation focuses on economic equity and education by supporting organizations that serve marginalized and under-resourced communities. The much-celebrated Black Parade Route continues with lunches in various cities along Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR. The Foundation will host lunches the day before the tour ends to provide entrepreneurs with a 5-star, inspiring afternoon, with networking opportunities and the chance to be a recipient of a grant of $100,000 funds allocated for each lunch. A thousand small businesses will be financially supported through a total commitment one million dollars.

    BeyGOOD will also support students through the RENAISSANCE scholarship fund which will be awarded to colleges and universities in ten different cities throughout the tour. Each school will receive one hundred thousand dollars and will select the student recipients. BeyGOOD’s total scholarship commitment during RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR is an additional and separate extra. one million dollars.

As we celebrate a decade of good, it remains my great honor to lead Ms. Carter’s philanthropic vision. and be the hands and feet of hope and help to those in need globally,”

    Black Parade Route small business lunch towns include London, Chicago, new YorkCharlotte, Atlanta, Los Angeles, HoustonAnd New Orleans. RENAISSANCE Scholars College cities include Paris, Philadelphia, DetroitAnd Washington, D.C. Additionally, BeyGOOD will continue its history of visiting local non-profit organizations throughout the RENIASSANCE WORLD TOUR and providing them with surprises to celebrate their commitment to serving humanity. It starts in Stockholmcontinues in Barcelona, Frankfurt, Warsaw, Toronto, Nashville, Minneapolis, Saint Louis, Las Vegas, and Dallas. Local charities in each tourist market will also receive tickets to attend the show.
