Although it’s been open for a few months, the bottle shop is celebrating its debut with a party and ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside the St. Pete Chamber of Commerce, free drinks, free snacks, raffles , gifts, samples from different suppliers and discounts on opening day. And for all the non-alcoholic stoners, Herban Flow also offers THC-infused drinks and CBD seltzers.
