But in addition to making comedy videos as “Louis” – a snobbish, uptight European who dines in lavish restaurants, drives luxury cars and parties on yachts in the Mediterranean – Aris leads a life of his own chic.
Aris and his twin brother Jason attended a $49,000-a-year private high school in Brussels, Belgium, before continuing their education in the United States.
The actor, who says he is from Athens, Greeceserved as student council president at the International School of Brussels before enrolling at Northeastern University.
Aris then studied business administration and entrepreneurship at Boston University, Massachusetts school while launching its viral Tic Tac page, The European child.
Professionally, he describes himself as a “social media marketer” who has “garnered over 500 million views in six months,” growing his follower count to an “average of 100,000 per month, which translates by 1 million subscribers on the main platforms”.
Alongside his video projects, Aris is a business development representative at Lefty, an influencer marketing platform that “enables brands to optimize their strategy.”
His transatlantic family also owns property in Miami Beach, Florida.
Aris talks about his vacations in Swiss chalets, as well as his days on boats off the coast of Croatia and his nightclubs in New York surrounded by bottles of Dom Pérignon.
Even though his caricature “Louis” is a joke, a glance at his social media pages shows that the comically wealthy lifestyle is just an exaggerated version of Aris’ real life.
Aris’ twin brother Jason also runs his own viral business – My Tech CEO – where he posts comedic videos in a similar vein, depicting entrepreneurs getting angry when their private jets are too small.
Jason – who speaks with an American accent in his videos, in contrast to his brother’s general European tone – went to Stanford University after studying in Brussels and Madrid.
In his most recent viral moment showing the jaw-dropping behavior of rich and well-heeled young Europeans, Aris plays one of two men seen in a furious brawl over docking space in Miami.
The video shows the shirtless man angrily walking towards the offending yacht, shouting as he does so.
As he walks – wearing light blue shorts and carrying his black t-shirt in one hand – he can be heard shouting at the yacht’s occupant, who is sitting on a sofa and looking very relaxed.
“You think you’re a big boss because you have a boat? » The shirtless man rages. ‘Eh? And you came on my boat and tried to take my daughters, my yacht?
He throws his arms up in disgust while the man lying on his yacht watches and seems amused.
“Go park the boat somewhere else, okay,” he shouts. “I don’t want to see your face on this platform.”
He then said, “This is my parking spot for my boat.” »
The owner of the yacht is then seen getting up from the lounge, heading towards the rails while the shirtless man continues to rant.
“If I see you getting any closer, try stealing my daughters again.” I’ll call security,” he warned.
The second man then leans over the rails of his yacht and says to the shirtless one: “My friend, you better watch yourself.
This only enraged him further, with the shirtless man angrily pointing at the yacht and replying: “I’m not your friend man, I’m not your friend.”
In another sketch, Aris, acting as “Louis”, becomes angry when a bouncer at a Miami club lets “new money” patrons into a venue before him.
He shouts: “Do you realize who I am? » to the bouncer’s face.
In another video, “Louis” yells at a cashier at a convenience store for refusing his European credit card.
