The General Confederation of Greek Workers (GSEE), which represents unions in the private sector, called for a 24-hour strike on Thursday March 16, it announced during its congress on Sunday, reports ANA.
“For all workers in Greece, a thorough investigation and attribution of responsibility, as well as the implementation of measures to avoid having to mourn lost human lives, constitute a key demand of society and will be at the center of our strike action,” he said in a statement on Sunday.
