Celebration of World Food Day with the launch of “Let’s Eat Week”
announces new partnerships to fight child hunger in its local communities

To mark World Food Day, the company announced a week-long initiative, Let’s Eat Weekwhere employees and influential community members from Chobani’s hometowns will volunteer to assemble and distribute meals to feed more than 8,000 children and families in need.
Additionally, Chobani has committed to supporting nine organizations to strengthen and energize efforts to end child hunger at hyper-local levels. The partnerships will focus on programs focused on hunger in schools and children, as well as those addressing food insecurity more broadly in Chobani’s backyards, including in New York City, Central New York, Twin Falls, Idaho, and regional sales offices. Partners include Apple Seeds, Brighter Bites, Childhood Food Solutions, City Harvest, Community Cupboard, Every Meal, Helping Hands, Minnie’s Food Pantry and Mustard Seed.
