Following its recent fundraising campaign, Jersey Mike’s Subs donated more than $4 million to Feed Americathe nation’s largest national hunger-relief organization.
According to the Manasquan-based sandwich chain, 20 percent of all sales made Nov. 18 and 19 at its more than 2,500 locations across the United States were donated to the organization, which is working to keep shelves stocked food banks stocked during this holiday season.
Over the past three years, Jersey Mike’s has donated more than $15 million to Feeding America, helping to provide more than 150 million meals through the nonprofit’s national network of more than 200 partners .

Feeding America campaign’s conclusion comes as popular fast casual takes off another holiday awareness initiative.
Jersey Mike’s will once again raise funds for Wreaths Across America, a coordinated effort across the country to remember fallen heroes by placing a wreath on veterans’ graves. This year, the channel is looking to help WAA reach its goal of having a new wreath on every eligible marker at Arlington National Cemetery by December 16, National Wreaths Across America Day.
According to Jersey Mike’s, the company will match each $17 wreath sponsorship made online until December 8, for a total of up to $250,000.
Since 2010, Jersey Mike’s – known for its many philanthropic efforts – has supported the WAA’s mission “to remember the fallen, honor those who serve, and teach the next generation the value of freedom,” by contributing more of 3.5 million dollars, according to the founder. and CEO Peter Cancro.
Nationwide, more than 2.7 million veterans’ wreaths were laid last year in honor of service members, including those buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
