A protest by taxi drivers began shortly after 11 a.m. on Tuesday in central Athens, with a convoy of 200 taxis leaving from Athinon Avenue towards the Ministry of Transport on Messoghion Avenue, ANA reports.
The police have imposed special measures along the route that the anti-taxi demonstration will follow, in order to facilitate traffic management.
