Sani Development and Tourism Company SA was on Monday declared the highest bidder for the development of the Sani-Kassandra property in the Chalkidiki Peninsula by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member company of the Growth Fund- National Fund, reports ANA. .
The HRADF board estimated the value to be €8.6 million.
The property measures a total of 276,492.70 square meters and is located outside the municipal borders of the municipality of Kassandra in Central Macedonia.
