Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis participated in a round table on Thursday on the theme “A Green Deal for Europe, what do you think? » at the World Economic Forum in Davos, reports ANA.
“We hope that in the medium term Greece will become an exporter of green energy, there is great interest in investments in this sector… By choosing natural gas as a transition fuel, our country has become a supplier energy through the Balkan countries to Ukraine by building strong interconnections. In the interconnection sector there must be investments. Interconnection with Africa is also important. We are already in talks with Egypt on a project of great European interest,” Mitsotakis said.
